What was your motivation to start working in medicine? How do we become the best doctors we can be? How do we stay true to our values and beliefs? How can we integrate all we know and learn into what we do as physicians?
We believe healthcare is far from where it can be. The challenges ask more and more of us, and a shift in perception is needed if we are to have a system that is sustainable and serving the needs of both patients and doctors in a right and equal way. We strongly believe in an immense potential that can strengthen healthcare worldwide, if only we tap into it! And so…This is a call to those who dream of more than the current system can offer. This is a call for students and young doctors that have the courage to take the next step. A call for people that believe that we can do more than the current system of healthcare permits.
